Can I request a custom design?

Of course! Our designers are all about a challenge and enjoy flexing their creative muscles! If you're unable to locate the ideal design on our site, reach out to us using our contact form or through our online chat, provide your details and a designer will contact you. We'll team up with you to create the ultimate design for your special occasion!

What are Pip & Bear's production time scales?

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 days from receiving your order. If there are going to be any delays in production then we will contact you and keep you updated.

Larger wall prints have a slightly longer production time of 3-4 days.

What delivery options are available?

We currently offer 3 delivery options for our invitations to the UK -

Local delivery within 5 miles of our production site - Free of charge

Standard delivery 3-4 days - £3.99

Express delivery 1-2 days - £5.99

Delivery cost on larger printed products can vary and is calculated at checkout.

Do you accept international orders?

We’re happy to deliver most orders internationally, though additional delivery rates will apply and are calculated at checkout.

What carriers do you use?

We ship most orders by Royal Mail. Although larger orders may be shipped by DHL or DPD.

Can I change my order

Once all orders have entered production unfortunately they cannot be changed. If you notice an issue please contact us ASAP and we can hopefully rectify it before production.
